I don't mean to be a downer here but you're asking a LOT. I paid $5500 for my 99 with 92k miles in Southern California. Even though mods cost money, you rarely get that back out. Just sharing perspective...

I would agree. Nice mods and it's in fantastic shape, but even then I think your price is pretty steep.

Do some checking on eBay, right now there are about 3 XJ's as nice as yours with the same mileage and a lot less cash...but you never know.

I noticed you seem to scour the vehicles section looking for 'overpriced' cherokees. Perhaps invest your time into something more worthwhile, like answering questions on the OEM/Modified page. You seem like a very knowledgeable person and commenting on price is a waste of your talents.
