1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4 - Low Miles - $7K in Austin, TX
For sale is a black 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4. It has been garage kept since I bought it in 2015. She has almost 116K miles. All power door locks and windows are functioning perfectly. This 4x4 Jeep has the preferred 8.25" factory rear axel. Transmission shifts smooth and four-wheel-drive works great. It is my secondary vehicle and is NOT used as a daily driver. I've maybe driven her barely 5K miles total over the last 4 years. I am the 3rd owner. Clean title.
I upgraded the wheels (factory Jeep ravines), installed new headliner, new bluetooth radio, new rear speakers, new muffler, new tailpipe, upgraded fuel injectors, upgraded headlight wiring harness, installed factory cruise control, LED lights in the footwells and dome light, Rugged Ridge front floor mats, and clear turning signal front/side lenses.
Mechanically, she is in tip-top shape. Rear main seal and oil pump were replaced by Bikini Offroad shop in San Antonio in 2015 to fix an oil leak. Since replacing the RMS and oil pump, she doesn't leak a drop. This Jeep has been in central Texas its entire life so there is no rust on the undercarriage, and she has spent her entire life on paved roads. 4WD engages and works great, and although this Jeep could definitely handle it, not once has she been off-roading, mudding, or rock climbing.
Being a twenty year old Jeep, the paint job does show its age with many random small dings, dents, chips, and scratches. There is surface rust on the roof (see pics) and several worn paint areas, but overall there are no major cosmetic issues or body damage. This Jeep has never been in an accident or collision.
The AC does not blow very cold. I haven't had the time to pinpoint the exact issue and fix it yet. Other than that, this Jeep is pretty much stock and ready for you to build her how you feel fit.
Also included is a full size spare tire, an extra 5th Jeep ravine wheel, and brand new NTK front/rear oxygen sensors that I have yet to install because the currently installed ones work great.
