1999 Jeep Cherokee Classic
Hello friends, I am posting my '99 Black Jeep Cherokee for sale again. I fixed the Jeep back to perfect driving condition again by removing the slipping Transfer-case and installing a great condition NP242 with <120K miles on it from a '95 grand cherokee. While I was taking the time to do that, I power-washed the entire undercarriage and bedlined the lower parts of the doors to help keep it in good looking condition for a while longer. The Jeep sat in my parents driveway all winter and spring, so the mileage hasn't changed from when it was last posted (274,000). Been alot of time and money into this xj to keep it driving well on the road and to be a great off-roader when time permits.
Here is a link to the current craigslist add with all the details: https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ram/cto/d/1999-jeep-cherokee-xj-5-inch/6657493132.html
Definitely going to miss having this Jeep around, it has been in my family since it was new off the lot - but I can't have 3 Jeeps right now without a place to store them all. I appreciate any interest, I am willing to negotiate a bit if it means a fellow Jeeper is going to buy it and keep it alive a good while longer.
Asking $6,150 OBO

Man, tough crowd....thought my Jeep was pretty solid, but apparently it's just a hunk of tin metal to forum crowd. But seriously, price may be a bit high but I will entertain offers to a fellow Jeeper who will use it.

I've had mine for sale for over a year for 5k with more mods, can count on one hand how many have come to look at it. Modified jeeps are a tough sell anymore it seems. Good luck with sale.

Just came across this on CL. Wouldn’t surprise me if you get more interest here locally, when I was looking they would sell before I could get to them. or you can try the XJ Facebook groups. Post it on letgo too, I sold a car 3 days after posting it on letgo and it was on CL for weeks.
