For sale is my 1996 jeep cherokee sport. 5spd, 4 door with NO unibody rot issues.
all floors have been patched/redone and are in great condition. this jeep only has 118k miles on it... its a baby, motor runs like a top.

ISSUES:

-Jeep has two small rust spots on rocker panel as shown on the attached photos. VERY minimal, but should be addressed.
-Catalytic converter needs replacing. any universal cat could be used. simple $100 DIY fix.
-One of the pulley bearings have seized. it had been squeaking for a week or so before i parked the jeep. after sitting, the bearing must have decided to seize. again, simple fix.

I work a lot, but intend on slowly fixing these issues as i wait for a buyer.
the jeep runs and drives perfectly, has great tires, good brakes, good clutch, full size spare, and a near immaculate interior.

I am a jeep enthusiast, and when i saw this jeep for sale, i knew i had to have it- there aren't many xj's left that are in this great of condition! (especially in 5 spd with such low milage). unfortunately for the jeep, my saab obsession took over!

since owning it, I have replaced the exhaust with a dynomax cat-back exhaust, replaced front rotor, radiator hose, new rear leaf packs, greasable shackles, U-Bolts, changed oil regularly, and had tires rotated. this jeep could make a wonderful Daily driver or would even be a great candidate to lift.

Texts preferred as I work constantly and it is easiest to respond to in a timely fashion. i am more than happy to receive phone calls, but may not be as prompt in returning your calls!
