[FS] 1989 Two Door, Great Shape, Bone Stock!

Okay Just seeing what i might be able to do here!

Up for sale is an 89 two door, 4.0 auto trans. 134000 original miles
Manual everything, and everything works!
This jeep is bone stock so ready for whatever wild lift you want to throw at it!
I will be as honest as possible here!
What it needs:
I believe the transmission mount is going bad (a little clunk right after startup)
Alignment
Little bit of rust repair (just starting to show surface under the doors) one finger size soft spot under drivers floor, otherwise the under carriage is still in really good shape)
I have a new 02 (mopar) sensor on the way and should be here soon
Track bar replaced (i have a new one in the box)
Front drive shaft needs rebuilt soon (slight vibration)
Headliner sagging
What has been done:
Open cooling system conversion
valve cover gasket
new rocker arms, pivots and bridges
new brakes complete wheel to wheel with master cylinder
new shocks (with all new nuts and bolts-all four corners)
Kenwood head unit with USB control
tires with tons of life left
new (used) hatch with working wiper
trailer hitch (used)
all fluids flushed
oil filter adapter o-rings
starter
belt
full tune up
new wheel hubs
front axle shafts rebuilt
sway bar links and bushings
new vacuum harness and most of the lines replaced
almost every engine sensor replaced
throttle body taken apart and cleaned
water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing
im sure ive forgotten something here!
Comes with:
spare ecu out of a 90
New crown automotive leaf springs and bushings
receiver and ball for hitch
stereo stays
Box of old parts!
I would prefer to trade this for another XJ (growing family situation)
or i will sell it outright and buy another!

As of yesterday new front coils (used but no sag) and new track bar, and new rebuilt Distributor! Will sell with new rear leaf springs ( crown brand) with roughly 100 miles and new shackle bushings!

Updated:
Top end completely rebuilt (lifters, push-rods, valves seals, valves ground, rockers,etc)
Exhaust checked and no cracks, everything thoroughly cleaned out
New Mopar T-Stat
