Default xj wiring help

I have everything fabricated and the switches in my doors wired up to quick disconnect to take off my doors for the summer. wondering if I can hook up a talgol switch to the wiring for the door jamb switch that ****rols the dome lights.

Do you want to be able to disconnect the dome lights when the doors are off ?

Yes but was still wanting to use them when needed, at night, in the morning ex. Any way?

Toggle would work.
Door plunger can be easily wired to not trigger dome light, then just use the headlight switch for dome light.

Door plunger should unscrew and be able to be unplugged, then reinstalled. Cover connectors to keep them clean.
