Xj motor swap

I blew motor on my 2000 sport, 4.0. Got another 4.0 with low miles from a 97. Can I use the same ignition system(coil rail) off the 2000 on the 97?

Yes you just have to find a way to mount the coil rail.

or I think you can upgrade to a dodge viper coil witch may be easier to mount
