XJ 4.5 inch lift, back shocks
Just put Skyjacker Hydro 7000s on my 2001 XJ. It Has a 4.5 inch Rusty's suspension lift. Shocks are smooth on the front but very stiff in the back. What other shocks would you recommend for the back?

It may not be the shocks.., Rusty's springs are known for being too short. What is your shackle angle like? If it is anything near vertical or towards the front of the car your ride will likely be very stiff.
