xj 33x12.50r15 4.00 back spacing on 4.5 short arm rc lift
How much trimming would it take to fit these tires with 15-8 wheels with 4.5 lift. I I want to trim up to the bend to the flat surface any way, but what I'm asking is inner fender trimming wise also would they rub the frame at any point. Please let me know before I buy to big of tires lol. I plan on doing a 6.5 long arm kit within few months anyway and don't want to have to buy new tires.

Not Much, I did a cut and fold in the Rear and the Front just cut the outside to follow the inside of the Fender Well. There are lots of write up on this but I have lots of flex on 33's, Check out my build thread for pics of the flex it gets.

Im at 3'' and can fit 33s easy, 35s if im not wheeling hard. But if your planning on lifting more, why buy tires now when youll want bigger ones then, save your money and gear for 35's, anything smaller at 6.5'' looks kinda funnt imo

The best way to figure out how much bumpstop you need is to get the lift/tire setup you want done first then measure out how much up travel you have at full articulation. Keep the tire about a half inch away from the body then measure the distance between the spring perch and bumpstop to get the amount of bumpstop you need.
