I did not have any armrests on my rear doors, when I bought it. Considering the quality of them and their age, I couldn't even find a decent pair in the junk yard. I am now considering making some from wood; to give it that REAL wood grain (figured it should go decent w/ the light tan interior). I'll also be making a center console lid, seeing as how it's pretty beat up. Has anyone else done any wood interior mods? I'd also be in the market for a woodgrain instrument panel...

 

Why don't you just recover your armrests (or a Jy pair)
