Wiring issues on ‘93 Jeep Cherokee

So, I live in Arizona, just recently monsoon season hit quite hard, I have a drilled hood, and also a spaced hood for airflow. One day while working on the drag link, we had to turn the wheels all the way to the left to straighten them out, and I made the mistake of turning the vehicle on after two days of rain. I’m sure water got into the alternator or starter, and it made a god awful noise, I stopped and the vehicle was off, all good I thought. We left the drag link alone for two days in parts, finally got the time to finish the few castle nuts and cotter pins, and went to start it up to take it out, nothing, no sounds, no lights at all. Fumbled with battery as I brought it out to mud in the rain a few days prior. (Reason for changing drag link was because that was hopefully the culprit for the death wobble I got every single time I hit a bump on the way home.) battery isn’t placed firm in the bay, so it needs to be messed with to start up occasionally.. anyway, finally got it to start, and I noticed clicking noises in the dash as if the hazards were on, didn’t think anything of it, started to bring the Jeep around my neighborhood, when I heard all the clicking in the front end, I decided to bring it back, I also noticed my turn signals and hazards were blinking outside, but no indication that they were in the gauges. I’ve cheched as much as I could both outside under the hood, and in the dash. Any ideas? Thanks!

also forgot to mention the tail lights blink also. But that’s all that blinks.
