Wire harness help
hello all
i got a 99 4 door i have modified the hinges so i can lift and remove the doors, i am looking for some ideas for the wire harness for the front doors. i have power everything, i also have non power doors that i was planing on cutting into half doors, i am hoping to find some kind of quick disconect for the wire harness for the doors, i would like to keep the power doors but if i can not find any soulution for the wire harness than i fear that i might have to cut the power doors and keep the manuel doors as my full doors. i am currently stationed in a very small town in coastal georgia and there really arnt any options at the local parts stores any help of suggestions would be great thanks

I just done this yesterday.. if you can find like a salvage yard go there and find the connectors from the front doors there located in the panel were the hood latch is and also located on the oppisite side like that too. if there like mine which i have a 91 and i dont think there different, just cut them out and install them were the rubber gromet is. you might have to make the hole bigger on the actual body but after your done they are very helpful!
and if you cant find the metal prongs that go in the connectors then just remove them from the connector with a scribe. then remove the wire from the prong and attach the cut wire in the prong (alittle time assuming but it works)

Hey thanks for all the suggestion guys I found some small 12 prong wire connectors at my local radio shack that are working for now but I'm thinking I'm going to scrap that and get some manual doors and turn my power doors into half doors I've wanted to make half doors for a while and I think that's the best solution for me
