Default Will a winch bumper and winch affect ride height?

I searched for this and could not find it. This may be a stupid question, but I will ask anyway.
I am wanting to raise my XJ about 2.5". This is enough to do everything I want with it and keep me from spending the extra money that you run into after 3". Plus this is going to see a lot of street time and I want to keep the ride good.
Here is my question.
I am going to build a winch bumper. I figure that the weight of the bumper and winch will be around 200lbs, or so. I know that is not a lot in the big picture, but will the extra weight sag the front end?
I am asking, because I want to know if I should just go with 2.5" coils, or go with 3" coils. If I go with 3" coils, I will probably buy the Rusty's. I have found 2.5" from Superlift.
Any feedback on this would be great. Thank you.

200lbs will no doubt cause some sag, but it probably won't be .5". You could go with 2.5" and add spacers if needed to level it out.

Yes it will. About half an inch to an inch. Depends on the coil spring rate. My winch/bumper combo lowered me about half inch

Not the same but my LJ dropped 3/8" when I added a winch and winch plate to my stock bumper. I plan to change the steel cable to a synthetic one. I haven't weighed the 2 yet but based on a spare steel cable I have, there's definitely a difference.

Thanks guys.
I may just go ahead and get the 3" Rusty's coils.

If you get 2.5" and it sags a little you can add spacers, if you get 3" and it doesn't then you have to lift the rear to level it out.

Just a thought.

Which can easily be done with a shackle relocation kit, and gain a better ride too.
