I have a 3inch lift with that same size tire on stock rims, i got a slight rubbing issue in the back when I'm flexing but that's mainly because of my flat leaf springs. So it might be OK. My front tires DO rub on the stock control arms when i turn them sharp though, be expecting that if the kit doesn't come with new ones.
If you take this on major trails, you WILL need to trim a lot out of the fenders.

I think you will be if your rear springs are still good. IF they sag it'll be a bit tight. I know there are a few people running 31's on a stock suspension but they have huge parts of their fenders cut out.
Here's my rig with the 3inch and 31's, there isn't much space in the back, plenty on the front though.
