Will RPMs be to high with 4.88s
I have a 2000 cherokee with 6.5" of lift and 35" tires. I was thinking 4.56 but the guy doing my gears swears I will be happier with 4.88s. It is my wheeling rig but I do some driving around town and some freeway driving to get to and from hunting/wheeling spots.

In my jeep, 4.56 and 36's run about 2k rpm's running 60 mph in od. I think it's around 1700-1800 rpm running 45 in od. I'd go with 4.88's if I were you personally.

go with 4.88's. Your engine gets the most oil to your top end between 2000 and 2500 rpms, and is most fuel efficient around 2100.

My XJ is at 6-1/2", regeared to 4.88, and running Toyo 33s. 65MPH is 2500RPM.
