Will I need a drop pitman arm?
I need to get a new trackbar. Im going to be getting one with a new bracket. Im wondering if i need to Install a new drop pitman arm too.
This one says i should keep the original one.

You just want to try and keep you TB and drag link at the same angles. So if the new bracket drops the TB then you may want to look into a dropped pitman.
I dont run a dropped pitman at 7.5" of lift. But I do have a custom TB and OTK steering. I would say run it with out and see how it drives and go from there.

Thanks. I know the angles are supposed to be the same to prevent a different radius in axle travel (causing bump steer). But i just wanted to know if i should buy a DPA while im buying the Trackbar.
I guess ill need to to some trial and error.

If you are maintaining you current lift, 4.5" accoring to sig, you should NOT need the drop pitarm. But the truth is you wont know, for sure, if you need the DPA until you install the new TB.
