why a High Flow Cat?

Default why a High Flow Cat?

i've heard high flow Cats are a waste of money. is this true?

Pretty much all cat's from the last decade or so, even from factory are "high-flow"

Pretty much this..

However there are still some that do flow better than others. Technically though your aren't supposed to swap it out unless the other converter is bad so no need to waste any money.

I have had the best out come by just ****** ** off. I will be shot for even almost saying this even though i did not say it. I will prob get a lashing for making the comment.

well i got a new cat from mudfrog when i got my catback. allthough there is nothing wrong with my stock cat and it did pass emissions with no issues; for 36 bucks i figured what could it hurt.

when i put it on i will take the old one to the recyclers and prolly get 40 for it because of its size. so free overall or close to free is good for me.

FYI this is only true for the first 80k or 8 years after they are free game run what ever type of cat you feel like. If you need to replace a cat before that its covered under the federal emissions laws so you don't have to pay for it.
