Who's got the best springs?
Ok, so I've been researching lifts/long arms for a while, waded through all the talk on here and elsewhere, and decided that I won't get what I want for what I want to spend. So I've decided to get a short arm kit, and turn around and do the Serious Offroad LA upgrade. Question is this, who makes good full leafs/coils that aren't extra stiff, won't sag after a year, and don't sit higher than I want?

Yeah I know, I was just seeing if maybe I could get some sort of consensus. I checked out Deaver, maybe just a little more than I was looking to spend for leafs. And by a little I mean a lot. Good looking stuff though.

My RE front springs seem stiffer than factory, but the rears ride as smooth as a baby's butt.
Ive got the 3.5" superride kit and netted /almost/ 4.5" of lift when it was first installed, and finally settled to around 4".
I believe most companys are gonna offer springs that are stiffer to accomodate the extra weight of tire carriers, bumpers, winches and gear. Without the extra weight, they are all gonna ride stiff. The only front springs ive heard of that lift and still ride better than stock are OME, but they only offer up to 2.5" of lift.
On the edit: ive got almost 20k miles on the lift and no signs anywhere of sagging, the rear still sits abot .5" higher than the front.

Thanks for the input guys...been looking pretty hard at the RE kits, but next question is are the springs different between "super ride" and "super flex" kits, or is the difference just the front joints?

oh, i prefer rubicon express springs. both coils and leafs.
i have a set of 5.5 springs with 2 inch shackle out back and now 8 inch skyjacker coils and it sits even.
but i liked my re 5.5 inch coils tho, they flexed nice.
rusty's leafs (whoever makes them) flexes nice too.
