I've blown up some 4.0's befor but not quite like this

I'd say it broke off and deteriorated. any signs of the remains in the cylinder walls or ports? haha thats crazy.

Acctually the bore isn't beat up that bad at all no signs of the head of the intake valve either I'm guessing I'll find all the pieces in the oil pan. It's crazy that the thing drove up on the trailer and then into the garage though lol

haha yeah I was gonna say if nothing is tore up, you will probably find them in the pan. they may be weak enough that they just crushed up.

Lol thanks guys and Yeah I was thinking I just cased a lifter or two because it still ran I wasn't even thinking anything like this happened but o well picking up the jy motor this afternoon so it should be running again shortly
