Exclamation Where should I put my PA loudspeaker?
Where should I position it so that it is safe? Under the hood, under body, etc?

mines under my hood facing forward right beside my brake master cylinder . there was a space there so i utilized it .....

it'll sound better in more open area but knowin me ill smash it or fill it with mud so i put it up high beside my master

I dont know if you can see it but mine is mounted on the center of my grill between my two PIAA lights on my front bumper.

Mine is under the hood, zip tied to the coolant overflow bottle in the space near the AC compressor

Mine used to be mounted under the hood, but it wasn't loud enough. When I took off my bumper caps to paint them, I changed the location of my PA. It is much louder and clearer.
Here is where it is mounted now:

I have the 50 (100 watt max) watt one from Radioshack and its pretty big lol. I wanted to put it down there but thats where my siren is, and my bumper is bent in on the other side from the doctors Mercedes hitting me

Mine is mounted up between the master and the driver's fender, seems plenty loud to anyone else around.
