The two places I have had the most luck finding specific XJ parts are:
teamcherokee.com
jeep4x4center.com - Morris 4x4 Center

Both have good search functions, a great variety of XJ parts, and helpful staff.

Some others that might be good (no personal experience with them):
quadratec.com
4wd.com
jcwhitney.com
jeepsareus.com
discountjeepparts.com
rocky-road.com

Junkyard
VIP ( always had good luck)
Sears
but Im limited to purchases without a credit card (atm) and I loathe using my debit card for online transactions. So I am stuck to mainly stock parts....
