Wheel Spacers Loosing up

I've got a lifted 98 cherokee with what I was told are daystar Wheel spacers and a yukon locker in the rear. It seems like ever 3oo or so miles I put on my rear drivers side wheel comes loose. the spacer stays tight to the wheel but the lugs that hold the spacer to the drum become very loose. I've actually had the wheel fall off my jeep going down the road like 3 months ago and about two weeks ago it came loose again while out on come logging trails doing some light wheeling. I re-tightened them and put some of the temporary locktite on there to hopefully help keep them tight. Just looking for any suggestions on why it keeps loosening up and its only that one tire.

If blue loctight (242) doesnt hold it try the red stuff. usurally need to heat bolts up to break them loose with the red loctight.

Are the studs stripped, the nuts the right thread? When you tighten the lug nut are you sure it actually bottoms out when you apply torque? Have you tried checking the torque after about 50 miles? You may want to post a pic because with 100+ ft lbs torque nothing should just fall off.

thanks for the input. i'm trying the blue stuff now. i was just wondering if there was a specific reason that its only doing that with that one rim. I tightened the heck outta them last time and then a couple weeks later they were all loose again. or is this just something thats a common thing with spacers?

lugs arent stripped and they are seated properly and bottoming out. i'll try and snap a pic to post this week or weekend... i'm working 13 hour shifts with an hour commute this week so its a pain to get out there and pull my tire off during the week

could just need some locktite on them. I just bought a set of spidertrax wheel spacers and they send red locktite with the spacers.

I've installed 4 different sets of spacers and they always come with red loctite. Infact I had to use a cheater bar to loosen them up over the weekend. You need to troque them to 100ft pds and recheck every 3000 miles.
