What fender flares?

Ive never seen these flares before. Anyone know what they are?

Those flares were Iceland Offroad which is now closed , A different company now owns the molds and produces them named Notch Customs, If their site says they are instock they are actually instock. One day I will swing by their shop to see them in person and have them see if they will work on my extremely trimmed front fenders
