I bet these would work for folks who only see mud, snow, water, etc. Agree that fiberglass wouldn't work for rock crwling in the woods, but I think most folks there forgo fenders completely.
I would question though if they are orig. designs or actually violate patents. Quite a bit of that on eBay these days. |
they would work perfectly fine IF your tires stick out past the flares a bit.
even real bushwackers can break when slammed against a tree or rock. i've had the real ones on my jeep for about 6 years now, sure i've bumped them, but only broke a couple bolt pockets. nothing real noticeable, but my 13.5 iroks stick out a bit on my 15x10 wheels with 3.0 inch backspacing. not saying that's what you need to protect them, but similar setup or even full width axles will help keep the tires wide to protect them better. personally, i like these bushwackers better then the flat flares. |
