My magnaflow is deep, and you can hear it at idle. It's not overly loud like a flowmaster though. So if you want really loud go with them.

Also, the stock Cherokee pipe is 2.25 inch OD, so you would want the 2.25 ID in/out

I put in a Flowmaster Super 44 and got a very nice deep sound. I get compliments on it all the time.

The stock muffler on my ZJ sounds pretty throaty, it's no Flowmaster, but it sounds nice for a stocker. I had a Flowmaster 44 on my 79 PowerWagon with a 440, it sounded good and not overly loud.

Spintech beats them all. It makes anything, even a ricer sound big, and they are tough too. They are sold by decibel levels. I have a 65 decibel Sportsman.

i have had my 2 chamber flowmaster for 7 years now, and i have beaten the **** out of it! i have ripped it off a few times, dropped it down hills, ran it over, and lost it on the highway. only to recover it and slap that thing back on. it sounds great too! nice and deep. mine is dumped right before the rear axle
