Nothing cool about a stock xj with angry headlights sorry...

spray paint or electrical tape, most people use

its hard to buy stuff for my jeep when I'm working at subway lol I'm doing a 4 inch lift so I'm saving my money

just do some general maintanence with your money. and paint the rockers or quarters black

the "angry eyes" kinda remind of the pigs from angry birds

cheapest way to look cool? stop trying to look cool.
