Default What backspacing do I need??

What backspacing will I need to fit 30" tires on my XJ? I have a 2" lift. I believe stock wheels have 5.25" backspacing, will I be able to use my stock rims? HELP PLEASE

Backspacing has to do with the width if the tire, how wide is your tire?

You can run stock rims and 30's with no rubbing, as long as your talking about 30x9.5. A 10.5 inch rim will rub on the lca's with factory rims.
