Stock seats are good for on the road. Sportier seats won't feel as plush and will have much more support for your entire back. The RX8 seats made a big difference in tight cornering and off road. As far as the seats go, I had electic seats stock so I was able to find the ground and power wire to function the driver seat. One issue I forgot, still have to address is the motors in the seats are like the windows and flip polarity so you'll need to order a polarity switch off amazon/ebay so that you can change the direction the seat motor runs when making adjustments. Without the switch you'll need to flip the wires to have the seat go forward or reverse on the track, the back of the seat goes up and down regardless. My RX8 seats are heated but I haven't wired them, don't think it would be hard to do.
