I see the welds breaking to be honest. i would build them up a little more.

Doesn't matter lol. Dana 35's can take sum hell welded with 34 ltbs for 2 years still trucking

Personally I would have filled the teeth up with weld. Looks like there is a lot of porisity in the weld, or it is a crappy pic

What he said. Trash builds up in the weld am causes those pin holes an makes for a very weak weld. Unless it's just the pic. I build boats for the navy an I'm used to them being inspect beyond belief. 1 pin whole in a 10" run an they will make u gouge the whole thing out lol

sure hope he didnt overheat that while welding it.... if he did hope he has plasma cutter to cut the center pin out if you blow them cuz it may have swelled. but deff add more weld to those
