weird hesitation when going about 50mph
Hey guys/gals in new to CF I'm a member of JF as well. I have a 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4.0l HO automatic. When cruising down the highway or whereever really and you hit 45-55mph the jeep has a hesitation and lunges like it has a miss but if you tramp on the gas it'll stop. I was thinking it was something to do with the over drive not kicking in completely since it has the automatic overdrive. Please help, new to the cherokee world have had many Wranglers.

*As for things to check out.. TV cable adjustment is an easy/quick check. Testing the TPS is simple too. Even a brake switch misadjusted can cause problems with OD/TC operation.

It does lunge like its missing and explain TV? Is there a way to disable the OD like unplugg/unhook for me to roadtest it unless it would cause damage. How much money part wise would I be looking at here?
