Default Weird ax15 issue

I bought my 97 Cherokee a few months ago a sit has quite a few things done to it. And I started having a shifting issue where I was not able to put it in gear or take it out, so I put a new slave cylinder in and bled it and it seemed to fix the issue temporarily until I bled it again. So I bought a new master and slave cylinder pre-bled system and it fixed my issue for about 40 miles then it came back. If I let it sit for a few hours sometimes it will work fine now. I also noticed if the motor torques or a bump sometimes it triggers the issue. The previous owner "claims" the clutch was just replaced(which it does grab very well)
What could this be??? I'm completely lost at this point? Syncros? Throw out bearing?

Also my long arm kit had a skid plate that replaces the trans mount

If someone knows what this is please let me know it would be a huge help!
Thank you

Throw out bearing? This is really odd and that's all I could think of. This sounds mundane and I don't mean to sound condescending but are all the tranny my bolts tight?

Everything seems to be tight besides where the long arms connect to the front suspension, I'm going to have to replace the bolts

Could be the retaining spring on the throwout arm is out causing an issue. I'd remove the transmission and check everything. Here's mine before it went in
