Vibration feels like flat tire but is not

I'm still looking for the solution to this vibration problem I seem to be having with my Grand Cherokee Laredo. Has anyone else had this problem and if so did you find out what caused it? Did you get it fixed? I need some help. The mechanics I've talked to say they do not have the problem when they drive it. They did not drive it far enough.

Can you be a little bit more in depth of under which circumstances you feel the vibration, it's intensity (like 1 being the vibration of the engine and 10 being a 9.0 earthquake and your jeep feels like it is about to shake itself apart). If you feel the vibration between a certain speed on a highway corner, for example, it would be one or more of your tires out of balance.

Vibration feels like a flat tire but it's not.

LiamLikeNeeson It will start shaking at 20 mph or 45 or 55 mph it just starts shaking and will not stop until I pull over and turn the car off. wait a few seconds and then go again. But it will start shaking again after a few more minutes of driving. I will have the tires checked and balanced. I replaced all 4 rotors within the last 12 months. They needed it. Mechanic wanted me to have them turned but I had them replaced. Could they have used the wrong ones?
