V8 switch

Does anybody know hard it would be to swap a 350 for my 4.0 in my xj? And what all i will have to change?

Transmission, transfercase, wiring, gauges, PCM, motor mounts, modifiy trany cross member, exhaust shifters, linkages, raditor......

Not overly difficult, just time consuming.
