I bent my upper control arm mount on the axle side and was just looking for some help on getting a beefier replacement. Maybe add a truss to it? I'll be at 3" and 35s with short arms.

I'm not a 100% sure what you are asking, but I like the Artec Industries XJ Truss. Its strong and worth the money. The TNT truss is junk IMO.

You can get the Artec on with Currie Joints.

I really like this one as it moves everything around a bit to fit better (no 1ton steering smacking the sway bar mount etc. http://ironrockoffroad.com/Merchant2...egory_Code=XDT
A bit pricey though- I was going to do this before I broke my 30.

I mean a short one that will mount on top of a truss with a large id to press in a stock bushing. I think IM just going to go with the one you suggested and build a truss around it.

On welding the new mount on, do I just bolt it to the uca and weld it there the CA puts it at ride height or maybe droop my suspension a little since most of my travel is downtravel to keep there binding to a minimal?

I understand that I needs to go in the same location but how else would you get the angles perfect? With 3 arms connected bolting it to the 4th should put it exactly where it should be right?

Yes. Taking off that 1 arm shouldn't move it anything worth worrying over.
