Default Upgraded injectors and fouling plugs

1997 Cherokee XJ 150k miles.
No upgrades other than the following (at this time!!)

I upgraded my injectors to a set of the Dodge Neon ones hoping to gain some slight power/milage (whichever would be good for me) .

Yes, they are the proper number injector recommended on this forum for my XJ.

Problem: Ever since I did this upgrade (and even some before) I can not keep a set of plugs from fouling out. I have replaced rotor cap, button, plug wires to 8mm, etc and still nothing. Now I am getting a rough idle with high rpm's but not all the time. Sometimes she purrs like she used to, sometimes she's a raging demon.

Problem 2: Airbag light keeps going on/off randomly. Just wondering what could be causing it. If it's on and stays on while in an inspection my state won't pass it. Worried it will be an issue later because it's getting worse about staying on.

Any advice, suggestions, etc would be appreciated. ALSO, I work 2 jobs and don't have time to search out the forum for answers......I did a little today and there's nothing quite like this situation in the threads.

Did you reset the computer? When I do anything to my Jeep, new O2 sensors, new 4 hole injectors, even when I replaced the entire exhaust cause of a P0432 CEL, I would reset the computer so it could relearn everything with the new parts.

Disconnect positive battery cable.
Ground positive cable for 30 seconds.
Reconnect positive cable
Turn ignition key to the "run" position (do not start engine)
Turn headlights on.
Turn headlights off.
Turn ignition off.
Computer is now reset.

Can you post a picture of your fouled plugs or describe them?
