trying to figure out if I have everything need to lift 96 jeep cherokee 4.0 ho
All the rigs ive had in the past were prelifted or stock. Ive done lowering on cars for racing but this will be my first lift kit ive done on my own. If I forgot anything let me know!
I found a steal of a deal on a lightly used lift 3.5 tuff country short arm lift with 2 inch spacers. Here is everything I have.
3.5 tuff country easy ride lift
2 3.5 coils
2 2 inch spacers to make it 5.5"
1 non adjustable track bar with mount
2 leaf springs with blocks
2 lower extended easy ride control arms that came with tc lift
2 lca drop brackets to make it ride better at 5.5
2 extended brake lines
4 u bolts
1 drop pitman arm
4 skyjacker 8000 nitro shocks.
Now that I bought this ive decided to upgrade it a bit.
Items Im buying this weekend
Long arm kit by poor boys offroad
6 u joints
4 ball joints
1 adjustable track bar
3 tie rod ends and drag link
And have les schwab align it all
Still looking for a goos priced sye or a 231 with a sye already in the portland to seattle area.
Also can I use a auto xj front driveline with a sye in the rear?
The short arms im going to use on my wifes jeep in a month or two as a b day present after I get my whole lift pieced together and on hers starts
Please let me know if im forgetting anything. Seems like all my builds start as budgets and end at the 6k+ range hoping to avoide that this time
Thanks guys!

seems to be the best bang for your buck. I just ordered one for my 99 that I'm doing a 3.5 inch lift on.

Forgot to post iam thinking about using adapters to change the bolt patern and get an extra inch or so, so the tires dont hit the long arms.
And eventually I will get bushwackers and cut out the fenders a bit.

Rear extended brake line.
I'm not sure which u joints you are planning on replacing, you'll need two for the axle, three for the front driveshaft and two or three for the rear depending on if you go sye or not.
