Transmission linkage in a lifted xj qurstion

I picked up a lifted XJ 1997 I had to change out the transmission seal I notice all kindsa thing all half assed.the transmission crossmember was sitting on 1 inch spacers causeing the transmission linkage to set all cockeye'd It looks like the part of the transmission bracket had broken off its spot welds. Is their a manufactered part that suppost to take its place when you lift a cherokee Or is this suppost to sit at a angle?
