Transfer case issues after SYE install
Well, I'm a little pissed.
I got the rear half of the TCase back on tonight. Sealed up and everything, it all went in OK. Before putting on the tail cone I decided to see if it would shift into each mode properly. That's where the problems arose. Seems as though the transfer case is stuck in neutral. When the lever is in the neutral position, the rear output shaft spins independently from the front (although it is hard to spin it). When it is in 4HI, both are hard to spin; I couldn't get them to budge. I can't tell if it's going into 4LO, it doesn't seem to "click" in there like it used to.
Also, I cannot get it to go into 2wd (shifting from the cabin).
I had a friend move the shifter around while I was under the car and the linkage appears to be moving freely without issue.
I can't imagine what I could have done to mess this up during my install.
Any thoughts?

Yep. There is a chance it slipped or was accidentally bumped into neutral though which is what I'm currently fearing

Is selector shaft moving freely in this hole . Remove plug or switch and see . When I did my last one it was hitting side of cover what I did was drilled bolt holes of cover just a little bigger which allowed case to move just a hair to allow full travel of shaft....
