Transfer case drop = shifter linkage adjust?

Hello all,

I haven't been posting on the forum for a while but actively read it. I have a question I'm wondering about....Is there any adjustment required to the shifter linkage during/after a transfer case lowering? I've searched this and other jeep related forums and can't seem to find a definitive answer. This is on a 2000 Cherokee Sport. I've replaced all of my springs, installed a 3" lift and I see a very noticeable change in drive line angles. No evidence of any vibes yet and she drives great but I seem to think I should lower the t-case.

I'm working through my to-do list before the snow starts flying here.

If its driving fine with no vibes forget about the drop kit. You don't need it and will only loose ground clearance. And as far as i know you don't need to adjust the linkage after dropping.
