Default transfer case drop. make own

I want to get a transfer case drop, please dont bother to write just get sye. Ill be doing that down the road.
I was looking at them and they just look like 4 bolts and some metal sleeves. What size bolts are they?I can get some metal spacers from work. Thanks.

not sure what pitch the bolts are as ive dropped in my own bolts from the inside but all you need is some one inch square tube and drill your holes in each, this seems to be the easiest and best option IMO, the individual spacers are fine but dont provide the same support as the square tube does when it comes to twisting/torquing in that area.

you can buy em for about $50...? or just make em for about $10

BTW why are you wanting the Tcase drop, do you actually have vibes or did someone tell you to get it just cause, if you dont have vibes i wouldnt bother as it just lowers you clearances

Just put on an RC 3" AAL i have vibes from 30-35 mph. Im thinking of waiting till lift settles to see if it goes away but i dont mind throwing a tc drop on for a few months. Im aware that ill loose clearence but the only offroading i do is fields and logging roads to gett deer out of the woods so no big deal. I got the lift cause i needed new shocks and the rear was sagging a bit but not too bad.

Take a nut off one of the studs. Take it to the hardware store and get 4 bolts that fit the nut in a 1 3/4" length with 4 washers.

as i said best route would be 1x1, its the easiest, least amount of parts and the strongest option, then work one ot the studs out and get bolts that are long enough to make up for the drop.

BTW your gunna be kickin yourself once that AAL settles if you installed it on an already bagged set of leafs cause you will be back where you started with a slightly stiffer ride, AAL is a waste of money on old spring packs.
