So I tweeked with the diaphram screws for a little bit and in the end it just ended up doing the same thing and just making an air hissing sound when I open the solenoid what else could it be?

I don't think we are one the same page. Tighten the 6 or so screws on the back and leave them alone. Don't even have a dream of touching them! Unscrew the whole assembly from the trumpet. That's how you adjust it

Good thing there is plenty of spare space under the hood for that thing, and make sure you put your head as close to the horns as Possible when testing.

I feel stupid, the reason the compressor was constantly running is because one of the hoses was a little loose and was leaking so i guess the tank never filled but now it airs up and works, Thanks for the help everyone, I hope someone else can learn something from this as well

I know he has this problem solved but just for someone who is reading this trying to figure out theirs. Air horns pressure needs vary depending on the horn but dont go fooling with the horn itself until you verify you have plenty of pressure and flow being delivered at the horn itself. You will only get a hiss like what the op described. So if all you hear is a hiss and not even an attempt at making a horn sound look into pressure and air flow first. I hate to mention any kind of pressures due to the fact that my experience with these is limited to a few different makes of horns. But when they only hissed or sounded sick the first thing to check was for good air at the horn itself.

no doubt 150psi is enough, duh.
maybe take them apart and mount each one under the hood somewhere.
