Yes. And specifics depend on what bar/bracket you got.
If you got one that's going on the stock bracket, shouldn't take long at all. Always Easyer if you have an extra hand...

Yea it's pretty straight forward then, remove the old, and install the new.
Suggestion would be figure out how far off your axle is with the old/ I'm guessing stock bar...then do the math and figure out how much longer you need the bar and adjust before putting it in. At least that way you take some of the guessing out if it. And if you do need to adjust after install it will be damn close to what you need and should be able to get it within a few try's...instead of removing it 293929191 times to adjust.

Yep. And take a good look at the bracket side mount of the track bar before you get started. Mine was rusted to all hell and took some heat and oil to get it to break free.

Did you have wobble issues? That's why your replacing these parts?
If so I'd do just the track bar first. Drive it and see if it helps. If not then the new steering stabilizer will just mask it for a month or few, then it will come right back.

This is how I did mine
Unbolt the front track bar.
Bounce the suspension a few times.
Drive the jeep back and forth while turning the steering wheel slightly back and forth.
Park the Jeep and make sure the tires are pointing straight ahead.
Do a quick visual check to see if the axle is centered.
Adjust the new track bar to length and bolt it up.
