Track Bar frame mount

Do I need to pull my coil springs in order to get to that stubborn nut on the track bar frame mount? looking to swap for a rough country adjustable one and that bolt has me thinking this job might be bigger than i originally thought

If you use a pickle fork on it you can knock it loose

Im trying to replace the entire mount, not just the track bar itself.
