Default Track bar

I have an a adjustable track bar in my garage and the tie rod end is seized in the track bar does any body have any ways of removing i tried a pipe wrench with a 3ft bar and still wont come out

Heat it up with a MAPP gas torch or similar. A little heat goes a long ways.

I havent tried heat yet but this thing is in there solid and is it possible that i bent the bar when i put it in a vice and tried really hard to break it loose

Well your track bar isnt in my garage so i cant tell ya. Heat it up and try again

Could it be bottomed out and reverse threads? Therefore your going the wrong way and it can't go anyfarther.

I got the bolt it self to move since its adjustable and saw which way the bolt unthreaded so ive been tryin the same way with the tie rod end

X10 for heat. I am a firm supporter of using the torch. It trumps all "liquid wrench" attempts. Get it cherry red and remember that heat expands, so only put it on the bar. If its a TRE, it should be a LH thread btw.

Aero kroil. Let it soak into the threads. Best stuff I have ever seen to loosen up parts. We use it at work...its made in TN.

I finally got it out got to love the PO hack job now where can i get a replacement does autozone carry them or NAPA??
