Towing Modifications
Hello,
I'm interested in what experience people have with modifications with towing in mind: what all have you done to increase power/durability, and what weight load are people pulling?
I was thinking of a rebuild with stroker, possibly supercharging to increase power? What sort of power can people get with these modifications? Upgrading the cooling / adding transmission cooler. I would keep wheels stock size to keep the torque/fuel economy, but upgrade suspension, possibly with air shocks?
Thanks for the help guys, I appreciate it.

if you're running larger tires, then a trans cooler is a must.
depending on weight being pulled and tire size, you will want to regear or do an axle swap to get a stronger shaft and ring/pinion.
an LSD or locker would help tremendously for towing, especially if you're towing/launching a boat.
