Towing

So I read that the 01' has the wiring harness to tow, which is good to know. Looking to tow around 3,000 (also know I need some serious upgrades).

I am looking to put on a class 3, but a little confused since I also want to add a bumper that can hold a tire. I can't seem to find a bumper that would go around a hitch, most have one built in but are not meant for towing. Any suggestions? Only thing I can think of is cutting out the hitch in the bumper. Unless anyone knows any brands that would accommodate.
