Default tomken upper control arm question

i have the tomken upper control arms with johnny joints, it has two holes for the differential side i was wondering which hole i should use. and also it has to sides to put grease fittings, does it matter which one you use??

measure and find out. i assume theyre not adjustable and made two holes for some adjustability instead. grease everything. post a pic.
