Default Tires chirp in front while turning

I have an 01 xj 4x4 4.0/aw4. Whenever I turn it acts like it has a mini spool in the front and my outside tire chirps/loses traction. I bought the xj stock with no known modifications. What could be causing this? Thanks in advance

toe out on turns. go to a GOOD alignment shop and have them check your advanced alignment angles which includes toe out on turns and your scrub radius.

Sounds good, thanks for the reply? Do you think it could be ball joints? Ive been hearing what I think is a ball joint going out recently.

Either it has Unknown Modifications, a TC problem or bad alignment.

do you have a front differential skid plate?? Mine was bent, which was causing me to hop/chirp on tight turns.. Also check the differential gear oil in the front. Maybe its pretty low.. you bought it stock.. probably some nice old lady had it, never changed out the oil. Start cheap, unlike I did!!

Cherokees/Grand cherokees are notorious for bad toe out on turns adjustments. Your toe adjustments may be in spec when your wheel is straight but your ackerman angle or toe out on turns may change when turned at parking lot speeds. Ever notice how many cherokees tires chirp in parking lots.

Yeah my tires chirp like mad. But it don't bother me much! It does have to do with toe angles.

Also check the u- joints in the front axle shafts and make sure nothing is binding up
