Default Tired hitting shock tubes

So I have a 98 with a 4.5" lift and 31's. I think the tires are rubbing just a little bit on the outside of the shock tubes at full lock. It doesn't seem to be much. So, of course I'm never really turning that hard going any faster than a few miles an hour. Will this become a problem? And is the only solution spacers?

Well, I noticed in the shock tube not on the tire. It must be very minimal because I looked and didn't even see anything on the tires themselves

Have somebody turn your wheel full lock to the left, then right. Then take a look and see what it is..

Nevermind guys. I went out and looked at it, I turned the wheels an looked, and I think it was the old brakeline. I just replaced the lines and it think right where the marks are the old lines were sitting there
