A tube. Why do you want to put a tube in a tire for? Finding a tube for passenger car tires are getting tough to find, but most tire shops that only deal in tires should be able to hook you up, not Walmart or Sears, an actual tire shop. A tube in a radial tire will cause the tire to run hotter and could cause a catastrophic failure.

A truck tire shop will have larger tubes, but you may need a tractor tire tube. What size is the tire?
